Old Aust Ferry, Chepstow

Here are some photos of the Aust ferry which used to run across the Severn. It is in a terrible state of repair which is such a shame but it is a great subject to photograph. The second photograph shows Paul in blurry perspective against the sharpness of the turntable for the cars to get on and off - I always seem to get him in my photos!

Blurring the boundaries

We recently returned to Newport Wetlands in South Wales so here are some photographs using fences and causeways as frames along with close up of a clover flower (with its own resident insect which I didn't notice when I took the photo!)
