Flying geese

We went for a walk around Ross on Wye on a sunny day recently and came across these flying geese! I liked the lichen on the tree in the second photograph which was reflected by the sunshine!

Snow, snow, thick thick snow

After spending days snowed in there was ample opportunity to focus on the garden. Here are a couple of photographs of icicles on the end of the guttering and snow on the trees.

Pentre Ifan, Pembrokeshire

Pentre Ifan in north Pembrokeshire has the largest and best preserved neolithic dolmen or burial chamber in Wales and is a very atmospheric place, especially when dark clouds are brewing....

 

 

Gateway through the triangle

This was found on a beach at Port El-Kantoui in Tunisia - I liked the way it was like a gateway to the sea!
